Bơ đậu phộng và bơ mềm cho vào thố sâu lòng, đánh tan và quyện đều. Tiếp đến thêm 25g lòng trứng (trứng đánh), 40g đường vào đánh cho hơi nhạt.
Sau đó cho bột mì vào, dùng tay nhồi thành khối đồng nhất. Chia khối bột thành những viên nhỏ như trái nhãn, ấn dẹp tròn và ấn sâu tạo 1 miệng hố ở giữ. Xếp bánh ra khay nướng có lót sẵn giấy nến. Cho bánh vào lò nướng ở 180 độ C trong khoảng 15 phút.
Đun chảy riêng biệt chocolate trắng và đen rồi cho riêng vào 2 túi bóp kem. Tranh thủ lúc chocolate còn lỏng tiến hành trang trí những chiếc bánh quy thành hình những con nhện dễ thương nhé!
Thay vì phải làm những chiếc bánh ngón tay trông kinh dị và không dám ăn. Thì bạn có thể triển thử những chiếc Bánh quy con nhện siêu dễ thương trên đây. Vừa ngon lại vừa mang không khí Halloween một cách nhẹ nhàng.
