Mực nhồi cơm sốt Teriyaki với thịt mực chín giòn sần sật, hấp dẫn, ngấm đều nước sốt teriyaki đậm đà. Thịt chín sáng bóng trông đẹp mắt. Món này dùng ăn sáng hay các bữa ăn chín đều ngon.
Tỏi bóc vỏ, băm hoặc mài nhuyễn 2 tép tỏi rồi trộn với 50ml sốt teriyaki. Gạo vo sạch cho vào nồi cơm điện thêm nước vừa đủ nấu và 8 tép tỏi còn lại, bật nút nấu cho cơm chín.
Rửa sạch và dùng giấy ăn lau thật khô mực rồi nhồi cơm vừa nấu vào mực. Phết sốt teriyaki đều lên thân từng con mực. Ở bước này bạn nhớ chừa lại một phần sốt để dùng cho bước sau nhé! Nướng mực ở nhiệt độ 180 độ C trong 5 phút. Sau đó, Lấy mực ra phết nốt phần sốt teriyaki còn lại và nướng thêm 10 phút nữa.
