Thịt gà là thực phẩm giàu dinh dưỡng, được sử dụng phổ biến để làm ra nhiều món ngon mỗi ngày, từ bữa cơm gia đình đến các bữa tiệc liên hoan, đám cưới, ... Có nhiều cách chế biến thịt gà ngon. Trong đó cách làm gà xào sả ớt thơm ngon, đơn giản lại là món ăn ruột của cả nhà mình. Gà xào sả ớt với phần da giòn, phần thịt chín mềm, thơm lừng mùi sả, hơi cay vị gừng và ớt, rất hấp dẫn. Đặc biệt món ăn từ gà này rất thích hợp cho bữa ăn ngày lạnh đấy nhé!
Bóc sạch vỏ khô của cây sả, dùng dao bào nhỏ rồi cho sả ra thớt, băm nhỏ. Bóc bỏ vỏ tỏi, cắt lát rồi băm nhỏ. Bỏ cuống ớt trái, rửa sạch, băm nhuyễn.
Rửa sạch thịt gà, chặt thành những miếng nhỏ vừa ăn. Ướp thịt gà đã cắt nhỏ cùng một ít tỏi, ớt băm nhuyễn, ít tiêu, nước mắm, đường, muối. Gà ướp để khoảng 15 phút cho ngấm gia vị.
Làm nóng chảo, cho 2 muỗng cà phê dầu ăn, thêm một ít tỏi băm vào xào thơm. Sau đó để gà đã ướp vào xào cho săn đều.
Khi thịt gà xào đã săn lại, để hỗn hợp sả, tỏi, ớt vừa băm nhuyễn vào, nêm thêm một ít bột cà ri vào xào cho đến khi nào gà chín vàng đều, thơm phức là gà xào sả ớt ngon lành đã hoàn tất rồi đấy.
